The Documentary Centre for Contemporary Music promotes new music from Brazil and abroad, working in close collaboration with CDMC (Centre Documentaire de Music Contemporaine) in France.
The centre hosts a library of scores and sound recordings and has recently published a very popular and comprehensive online database.
The recent focus of the Centre has been with regards to the conservation and digitilization of Brazilian contemporary music heritage.
