Netherlands Donemus

Donemus is the national institution in the Netherlands for composed contemporary music.

Donemus Publishing House publishes compositions and makes these available for performance: producing parts, storing orchestral material and processing corrections made by a composer in the score and parts.

The centre for Dutch electroacoustic music NEAR was established by Donemus in collaboration with Gaudeamus in order to open Dutch electronic music to the public, both nationally and internationally.

Donemus is currently working on a web radio project which will allow visitors to the Donemus website to listen to compositions by Donemus composers. Affiliate project Future Sounds will allow visitors to listen to compositions before they have been performed. These digitalizaed performances will be created by using samples.
